1. Ownership & Parties Involved

This website, along with all digital commerce channels including but not limited to Instagram, WhatsApp Business, social media storefronts, and any future e-commerce platform (collectively referred to as the “Platform”), is operated jointly by:

 

* Moi Indoi – the brand owner, designer, and creator of all products offered for sale, and

* Sniper Ventures – the authorised digital reselling, marketing, order management, and distribution partner for Moi Indoi.

 

Throughout these Terms & Conditions:

* “Moi Indoi” refers to the brand responsible for design, production, quality, and customisation of products.

* “Sniper Ventures” refers to the entity responsible for digital operations, online sales facilitation, customer communication, payment processing, logistics coordination, and platform management.

* “We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers collectively to Moi Indoi and Sniper Ventures.

* “You” refers to the user, visitor, or customer accessing or transacting through the Platform.

 

 2. Scope of Use

By accessing, browsing, or transacting on the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional policies communicated at the time of purchase or consultation.

 

These terms apply equally to:

* Website browsing

* Instagram shopping and direct messages

* WhatsApp Business consultations and orders

* Manual order confirmations via phone or messaging

* Any future online checkout or e-commerce system

 

 3. Product Information & Representation

* All product descriptions, images, videos, and styling visuals are for representational purposes only.

* Colours, textures, embroidery density, and detailing may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, hand-crafted processes, or fabric availability.

* Moi Indoi retains full creative discretion over design interpretation, fabric sourcing, and finishing, especially for handwoven, handcrafted, or limited-edition pieces.

* Neither Moi Indoi nor Sniper Ventures guarantees absolute visual accuracy across digital platforms.

 

 4. Custom Orders & Bespoke Pieces

 

* Custom-made, made-to-measure, and bespoke products are created specifically for you based on measurements, preferences, and design discussions shared via WhatsApp, Instagram, phone, or in-person consultations.

* Once a custom or bespoke order is confirmed and payment is received (fully or partially), the order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded unless explicitly agreed in writing.

* Minor variations in colour, weave, embroidery, print placement, or finishing are inherent to handcrafted and custom processes and do not constitute defects.

* Moi Indoi is responsible for craftsmanship and production quality. Sniper Ventures facilitates communication and order execution but does not alter or redesign products.

 

 5. Pricing & Payments

* All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise.

* Prices may vary between platforms and are subject to change without prior notice.

* Payments made through online gateways, bank transfers, UPI, or international payment processors are facilitated by Sniper Ventures.

* Moi Indoi is not responsible for payment gateway failures, banking delays, currency conversion charges, or international transaction fees.

* An order is considered confirmed only after successful payment acknowledgment.

 

 6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

* No returns, exchanges, or refunds are permitted on custom-made, bespoke, altered, or made-to-order products.

* Ready-to-wear or standard products may be eligible for exchange only if:

  * The request is raised within the communicated time window

  * The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  * The issue is verified and approved by Sniper Ventures in coordination with Moi Indoi

* Shipping charges, duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the error is solely attributable to us.

 

Final discretion on returns and exchanges rests jointly with Moi Indoi and Sniper Ventures.

 7. International Orders

 

* International customers are solely responsible for:

  * Customs duties

  * Import taxes

  * VAT / GST / local levies

  * Customs clearance delays or rejections

* Delivery timelines for international orders are indicative and may vary due to customs or logistics partners.

* Moi Indoi and Sniper Ventures are not liable for delays, holds, or confiscations caused by international regulatory authorities.

 

 8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including designs, prints, images, text, branding, styling concepts, logos, and visual identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Moi Indoi and/or licensed to Sniper Ventures.

* Any reproduction, copying, resale, or commercial use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

* Unauthorised use may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

 

 9. Third-Party Links & Platforms

* The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, or logistics providers.

* These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply endorsement.

* Moi Indoi and Sniper Ventures hold no responsibility for the content, policies, or services of third-party platforms.

 

 10. Limitation of Liability

* Moi Indoi is responsible for product design, craftsmanship, and production.

* Sniper Ventures is responsible for digital sales facilitation, customer communication, and order coordination.

* Neither party shall be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform or purchased products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

 

 11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in India, unless otherwise mandated by regulatory authorities.

 

 12. Measurements, Fit & Fitting Tolerance

* All measurements for custom-made, made-to-measure, and bespoke products are provided by you either in person, via WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or through self-measured size details.

* It is your responsibility to ensure that all measurements shared are accurate, complete, and taken as per the guidance provided by Moi Indoi or Sniper Ventures.

* Measurements once submitted and confirmed are deemed final and accepted by you.

* Due to the handcrafted nature of garments, fabric behaviour, drape style, and tailoring processes, a fitting tolerance of up to ±0.5 to 1 inch may occur and is considered acceptable within industry standards. Such minor variations do not constitute a defect.

* For sarees converted into ready-to-wear formats, pre-stitched drapes, blouses, or other tailored silhouettes:

  * Fit may vary depending on body posture, styling method, footwear height, and undergarments used.

  * Final appearance may differ slightly from reference images or trial fittings.

* Moi Indoi shall not be liable for fitting issues arising from:

  * Incorrect or incomplete measurements shared by the customer

  * Weight fluctuation or body changes after order confirmation

  * Styling preferences different from those discussed during consultation

 

* Alterations, if required, may be offered at the discretion of Moi Indoi and are subject to additional charges, feasibility, and logistics. Sniper Ventures may assist in coordinating such requests but does not guarantee alteration outcomes.

* Measurement-related concerns are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, especially for custom, bespoke, altered, or made-to-order products.
